I’m into throwing knives, but I don’t want to buy them online. The last set I got online were crap. What stores would you find Throwing Knives at?
If you are near a Military Surplus store or flea market, you will find some knives that you can put your hands on and buy. I will sometimes pick up knives from either, but more often I simply shop there to find what I want and then buy it online cheaper.
I wound encourage you to rethink about buying them online. Whether you buy them in person or online, the quality will vary greatly. Look for either known brands or brands/knives with good reviews. I also find that sites and stores that carry books on throwing Knives generally carry better knives, but any store that carries high end throwing knives will also carry lower end ones too.
Online recommendation for an online store is: http://www.extremely-sharp.com/throwing-knives/
They also carry a few of the books that I read when I was learning
Knife and Tomahawk Throwing by Harry McEvoy

and a few Hibben books.
These are the basics of overhand knife throwing.
