July 16 2009 Lake County Illinois, 8:38pm. Wind W 8mph. 65 degrees. Partly Cloudy, Barometer 29.83 Falling. Hunting Big Urban Whitetail Bucks with a video camera. I decided to go check another urban hotspot for big Whitetail bucks this evening. I received confirmation of my hunch with the sighting of this group of bucks feeding in the soybean field. October 28 2009 Lake County Illinois 6:50am.- 6:19pm Wind ENE 7mph. 50 degrees. Cloudy, Barometer 29.82 Rising, Waxing Gibbous 72% of the Moon is Illuminated. All Day in a Tree Stand. It's that time of year when I hunt all day. I seen a chocolate Squirrel, American Kestrel & 2 young bucks. The 6 pointer came from the West crossed the creek and headed North @ 11:25am and @ 1:25pm the 8 pointer came from the North headed East through one of my shooting lanes & into another before walking off to the North to bed down in the thicket…….Captured ONLY on www.HawgNSonsTV.Com

Victorinox Swiss Army Compact. Sharp 2.75" knife blade, good sized scissors, can/bottle opener, toothpick, tweezers, pen, pin, corkscrew, eyeglass screwdriver and nailfile in a compact, lightweight package that sits invisibly in your pants pocket until needed. About $30
A One-Hand Trekker (non-serrated) is also a good camping knife, with a slightly longer 3.25" knife blade with a liner lock and can be opened one-handed, but you give up the scissors and corkscrew. About $50
There are plenty of other good Knives, folding and fixed-blade, as well as multi-tools. But size and weight make them less convenient to carry or they lack the versatility of the additional implements on a Swiss Army Knife.
