A dart board works well for practice. It is thick enough so that the knives don’t go all the way through to the wall. Put a larger piece of plywood behind it, like 4 feet x 4 feet, for when you miss. Also you may want to pull off the wire frame from the front of the dart board.

nope, i’d say the skull’s too thick to reliably get a throwing knife to the brain. Your best bet is some kind of bludgeoning weapon that can cause severe brain trauma

the entire length is really only around 4 to 5 inches max. kunai are very small for easy concealment

You press the "weapon wheel" button (I think that the mouse wheel button is standard, but you can check it in the pause menu.) and then you select throwing Knives and lock on a target. Then press the "Weapon hand" or "attack" button, and it should work.

the price of a single knife as stated is around 50 to 60 bucks.
it would be near impossible to find a deal like you are asking of.
