Those are awesome knives, I’ve always liked the style, simple straight forward and practical, more so than a 3 foot Bowie anyway. Someday I’ll have one or five.

stupidly sharp, saw …
stupidly sharp, saw 1 in Berlin that got pushed into its sheath too keen by the shop owner while showing it to me and just sliced the leather sheath right out the back, kind of sad but funny at the same time, the sharpest knife iv handled. amazingly sharp. not a complete full tang but near to it. awsome knives i will get one for the collection in a few months they are brilliant

the granfather is …
the granfather is beautiful, could it be used for leasurly whittling perhaps? please tell me what you think because i still want a big beautiful knife but don’t want too much to just kill the stick i’m working with. i would like the large handle for comfort and more robust design than the other, more designed for carving would, bear claw and carpenter.
